Refund Policy

We have within 30days return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The wrong size and poor quality of the products can be returned or exchanged, we don't except others applies if you want to return or exchange. The shipping costs will be bear by the customers!

Damages and issues

Please check your orders when you get them if the items are defective, damaged and wrong, contact us immediately so that we can solve the problems for you as soon as possible.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you immediately we’ve received and checked your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or credit card company delay a few days to process Sometimes.
